1. What are the conditions for renting a car?

To rent a car, you must be over 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 12 months.

2. What is the deposit?

No, we do not charge a deposit. You can rent a car without having to put a hold on your card – simply, quickly and without unnecessary stress.

3. What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car you need:

a valid ID or passport

a valid driver’s license

4. Is insurance and toll included in the price?

Yes, the price includes statutory and breakdown insurance as well as a valid vignette for the Czech Republic. Any deductible will be specified when signing the contract.

5. How is the car handed over and returned?

The car can be picked up directly in Mariánské Lázně, or we will deliver it to your chosen location (e.g. railway station, hotel, airport). You can also arrange a return point.

6. How long can I rent the car?

We offer short-term and long-term rentals – from one day to several months. The price varies according to the length of the rental and the type of car.

7. Is it possible to rent a child seat or GPS?

Yes, we are happy to provide a child seat and GPS navigation upon request. Please specify these requirements when booking.

8. What if I am late returning my car?

In case of a late return, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the length of the delay.
